,Awards were presented last Thursday evening, October 8th at Keller Town Hall for the exhibitors of the 2015 “Keller’s Got Talent” Art Show. This year’s show boasts the artistic talents of 44 Keller residents, who together show that Keller truly does have Talent! The show is divided into 8 categories, Oil, water media, mixed media, photography, ceramics, sculpture and jewelry. First and second place was awarded in each category along with an overall “Best in Show,” awarded to Stefan Huyghe for his oil painting “Coincè” (stuck); theKeller Public Art Board award was presented to Helen Dement for her pastel, “Colorful Dreams;” and Rhonda Ackley was the recipient of the City of Keller Employee award for her Ceramic Salad Set. The show is ongoing through October 28th and can be viewed Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
