The Keller Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday, April 23 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at Keller Town Hall.

Some items on the agenda include:

• The commission will consider approving a final plat for Lot 2R, Block A, Luxe Estates.
• A public hearing to consider a recommendation of a specific use permit for Leland's to operate a temporary business selling and displaying portable accessory buildings on a tract of land out of the Samuel Needham Survey.
