The Keller Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday, May 14 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at Keller Town Hall.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

• Consider approval of a preliminary plat for Meadows of Old Town, a proposed single-family residential subdivision consisting of 23 residential lots and two open space lots located at 247 Pecan Street.
• A public hearing to consider a Specific Use Permit for GW Boutique to operate a retail store with used goods and merchandise sales at 750 South Main Street.
• A public hearing to consider a recommendation of a Specific use Permit for Raising Cane's to operate a restaurant with a drive-thru at 951 Keller Parkway.
