Blue and gold might be the school colors for Keller High, but this week, it's all about the green.

January 23rd to the 27th is "Go Green Week" at KHS and students are showing their support for bettering the environment in several ways:

  • Blackout Monday: Wear black and lights out in the locker bank
  • Travel Green Tuesday: Wear green and carpool to school
  • Waste-not-Wednesday: Focus on recycling with a recycling lesson and extra recycling opportunities
  • Thursday's You Don't Need Magic to Save the Earth: Dress like Harry Potter and his friends
  • Friday's Energy and Environment Spirit Day: Wear Blue and Gold

"Go Green Week" is meant to draw attention to both climate change and the need for greener alternatives.
