A new 4-foot high permanent wrought-iron fence will be installed at the pond at the creek just north of the Highland Oaks Crossing Shopping Center, according to the City of Keller. The pond is located between Rufe Snow Drive and North Tarrant Parkway. 

The City of Keller installed the pond and other channel improvements to help reduce drainage problems in the area. The new fence project was delayed while the city officials worked directly with a fence contractor to get the best deal on the project.

Construction will begin this week, weather permitting, and should be completed in about three weeks.
