Cook your rice and have it ready.
Cook broccoli in the microwave and have it ready too.
Salt and pepper chicken before cooking.
Saute chicken in a big frying pan or wok with chopped onion until cooked and light brown. Move the chicken to one side of the pan and put peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, Sriracha, water and lime to melt and stir together. The peanut butter has to melt. Then stir into chicken.
Serve over white rice.
