The Keller Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday, March 12th at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, located at 1100 Bear Creek Parkway.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

• The commission will consider approval of a Final Plat for Villas of Volterra, Phase II, a proposed residential development consisting of ten residential lots and two open space lots.
• A public hearing on a recommendation of a Planned Development Zoning Change for Creekview, Phase II, a proposed private and gated single family residential development.
• A public hearing on a recommendation of a Specific Use Permit for Caminito Spanish School to locate a temporary classroom building.
