The City of Keller Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Monday, February 20th at 6:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held at Keller Town Hall.

On the agenda for Monday's meeting:

  • A public hearing on a request to a variance to fencing requirements in the residential zoning districts on Keller. The applicants, Troy and Jennifer Langston, want an 8-foot wooden fence instead of the maximum height of 6-feet for side or rear yards adjacent to any street, park, or trail.
  • A public hearing on a request to a variance to the Planned Development zoning for Marshall Ridge. Gary Skeesick is requesting an approximate 5-foot, 3-inch variance into the side yard setback for construction of a 490-square feet shade arbor.
