The Keller Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on Monday, February 13th at 7:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held at Keller Town Hall.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

• The board will consider a recommendation of a Planned Development Amendment for Creekview, a proposed private and gated single-family residential development consisting of 38 residential lots, 5 open space lots.
• The board will also consider a special use permit for an approximately 1,200 square foot accessory building to be constructed at 616 Mount Gilead Road.
