Residents in the Keller Independent School District who are interested in running for a place on the KISD Board of Trustees can file for election from now until March 5th.
Both Place 6 and Place 7 are up for election this spring. Wendy Collins currently serves as Vice President of the Board and holds Place 6, while Melody Kohout holds Place 7 and serves as Secretary.
If you are a Keller ISD resident and are interested in running, you can file to have your name placed on the ballot by visiting the KISD Education Center, located at 350 Keller Parkway. The Center is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.
The 2012 Board of Trustees election will be held on Saturday, May 12.
