The Keller City Council will host two meetings on Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Keller Town Hall.  The pre-council meeting will begin at 5 p.m. and the regular meeting will commence at 7 p.m.

Some items on the agenda include:

• Consideration of a resolution accepting the voluntary resignation of the City of Keller Municipal Court Judge and an ordinance appointing Michael S. Newman to the position
• Consideration of the Keller Crime Control and Prevention District and Keller Development Corporation budgets
• Consideration of a resolution authorizing Mayor Pat McGrail to execute an interlocal agreement for combined animal control and animal shelter services at the City of Keller Police Facility with Keller, Southlake and Colleyville

During the regular meeting, Keller citizens will be allowed to address the City Council on any subject.  However, the City Council is prohibited from discussing issues which the public has not been given 72 hours prior notice about.
