The second Chef’s Table Program cooking demonstration for the 2012 Keller Farmers Market season is being hosted Saturday, June 16 by Chef Bob Stephenson and Chef Carlos Arevalo of the soon to open FnG Eats.

At 8:30 a.m., enjoy a tasting of "Mini Mi," a roasted pork Bahn Mi sandwich on a mini bolillo roll with curtido and house pickled jalapeños. Shop the market for your weekly fresh groceries. Then at 10:30 a.m., enjoy a tasting of “Chef Basket Pasta” to be prepared with products Chef Bob and Chef Carlos will purchase fresh at market Saturday.
