Cedric Carmond Steele, 40, the man accused of throwing a bag of molatov cocktails at the office door of state Sen. Wendy Davis last month, was formally charged today with arson of a building, a second-degree felony punishable by two to 20 years in prison. The matter will be presented at a future date to a Tarrant County grand jury.
