The Keller City Council will meet on Tuesday, April 17 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at Keller Town Hall, located at 1100 Bear Creek Parkway.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

• A public hearing to consider an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Annual Operating Budget for the City of Keller.
• A public hearing to consider an ordinance approving an amendment to change retirement home and/or nursing home use from permitted by right to permitted with approval of a Specific Use Permit.
• The council will also consider a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an interlocal agreement with Tarrant County, Texas for the purpose of participating in the funding of a traffic signal at the intersection of Westport Parkway and U.S. Highway 377.
