The Keller Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Monday, April 16 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at Keller Town Hall.

The board will have a public hearing on an application requesting a variance of the City of Keller Unified Development Code. Applicant Jon Wagner is requesting an approximate 10-foot variance into the required 15-foot rear yard setback for construction of a cedar arbor.
