Get ready to jam! The 2nd Annual Keller ISD Battle of the Bands is this Saturday, April 14. 

Held at the KISD Athletic Complex, eight bands will compete for prizes, studio times and lessons. The event begins at 3 p.m. and tickets are $5 each. This competition is a fundraiser for the district, raising money for the KISD random student drug testing program. 

Here are the bands (with the schools their band members represent):

Elementary/Middle School Category
Broken Chaos (SKIS, CTIS)
Trinity Springs Jazz Band (TSMS) 
Vision (TMS)
Zero Gravity (TMS, ERES, KMS)

High School Category 
Truth in Thought (KHS)
Hope and the Americans (CHS, TCHS) 
Hit by a Train (PHIS, ISMS, CHS)
Immune to the Cure (KHS, FRHS)

T-shirts will be available for $10 at the event.
