Keller’s own Chef Peter Mollett of Smokin’ Texas Gourmet will host the final Chef’s Table Cooking Demo for the 2012 market season Saturday, Oct. 20. Besides being a tasty affair, it will be a great opportunity to stock up on Smokin’ Texas Gourmet products, since the last day of the 2012 market season is Oct 27.

For the first demonstration, Chef Mollett will treat guests to an easily prepared breakfast vegetable frittata, using some of his patented seasoning mixtures.

At 10:30 a.m., Chef Peter will turn to lunch ideas, featuring Cuban pulled pork with Smokin’ Texas Gourmet Sweet Onion Peach Salsa and a side of Southwestern Black Beans.

Between and after cooking demonstrations, enjoy the lively country, folk, Western and humorous rock sounds of Terry Allan Hall.

Keller Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon, May though October around the Keller Town Hall Fountain.
