The Keller City Council will host two meetings on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Keller Town Hall. The pre-council meeting will begin at 5 p.m., and the regular council meeting will commence at 7 p.m.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

  • A presentation of a Certificate of Recognition of a Girl Scout Medal of Honor for bravery and heroism
  • Consideration of an ordinance amending an article in the Food and Sanitation chapter of the City of Keller Code of Ordinances
  • Consideration of a resolution approving the site plan for Life Church, a proposed 36,800 square-foot church facility to be constructed, located on the north side of Keller Parkway
  • Consideration of a resolution approving the site plan for the Keller Animal Shelter and Police expansion on the west side of Rufe Snow Drive

During the regular meeting, Keller citizens will be allowed to address the City Council on any subject.  However, the City Council is prohibited from discussing issues which the public has not been given 72 hours prior notice about.
