The City of Keller expects Bear Creek Parkway between Apache Trail and Roy Lane to be closed until late this week after a 30-inch water line jointly owned by Southlake and Keller ruptured beneath the pavement on Monday, Nov. 26 in the afternoon.

Both public works departments said that neither city will experience water service disruptions as a result of the break or during the repair.

During the closure, Bear Creek Parkway traffic will be detoured onto Apache Trail and Roy Lane, which connect at Cherokee Trail. Keller officials said the City “will work efficiently and effectively this week, in partnership with Southlake,” to get citizens back on the road.
