Passport Health and North Texas Flu Shots will conduct a flu vaccination clinic for Keller ISD families from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at Central High School. 

The clinic will accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United HealthCare PPO, and Aetna PPO insurance plans (select plans do not cover flu vaccinations). Parents must bring a photocopy of their insurance card and the driver’s license of the primary insured individual.

Adults and children without one of the accepted insurance plans will be charged $15 for the flu shot and $32 for the flu mist. Flu vaccinations for children under 18 who do not have any insurance and qualify for Texas Vaccines for Children will cost $10.

The clinic will be held in the foyer of the Fine Arts Center at Central High School, located at 9450 Ray White Road, Fort Worth, Texas, 76244.
