Young aspiring actors are invited to audition for STARS Theater Company’s 20th Anniversary Season. Students ages 8-teens are encouraged to participate in the fun as they celebrate 20 years of educational theater.
STARS’ next auditions will be Saturday, February 1 at the Community Building of the First United Methodist Church in Bedford located at 2012 Shady Brook in Bedford, 76021. STARS Theater Company is an educational theater for young people and new students are welcome.
Children ages 8-12 will audition for THE EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES the Musical, 9 a.m.-noon. Performances are scheduled for May 16-17 & 23-24.
Teens will audition for the Summer Musical, HELLO DOLLY, 12:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Performances are scheduled for June 20-22 & 27-29.
Rehearsals for the youth companies are the first and third Saturdays of every month. Youth Company tuition is $85 per month. Scripts and music will be provided and all roles will be played by children and teens. For more information, call 817-925-1430. Check the website at www.STARSTheater.org.
