KFM is very excited about our opening day lineup which features 42 produce, prepared foods, artisan and community vendors. Wood Fire Pizza Truck by DeVivo Bros and Metro-Port-A-Pit Chicken, will also be there on opening day with their delicious food choices. Music for opening day will be provided by Roel Rangel - beautiful acoustic guitarist and at 9:30 we will have a special performance by students of the Katie Parr Music Academy.

The Season’s Best - Chef Series
Come join us at the new Chef Tent by the fountain on May 20th for our 2017 Chef Series. KFM is kicking off our Chef Demonstrations with a new set up - chairs by the fountain area, wireless mic for the Chef, and a set time of 10am on Chef Days. Please come sit a spell and enjoy learning the valuable skill of cooking with food from the market that is in season … The Season’s Best - Chef Series will start off with Chef Charles Youts, Classic Cafe, making something delicious with strawberries on May 20th starting right at 10am. Other Chefs will be at the market over the season and the schedule will be on our Facebook page under events. Yummy samples available while they last!
There's a New Game in Town!
We’re proud to partner with Prairie Keepers to launch the KFM Power of Produce (POP) Club. Beginning on Saturday, May 13th play the Prairie Keepers Passport Game at KFM. You’ll meet farmers, artists and scientists who will have clues to the monthly PK Passport Game Puzzle.
Anyone can play the game, but POP Club membership is reserved for ages 4 – 11. Registration is required. Registered POP Club members will meet at 10:30 by the Keller Town Hall fountain for special presentations on nutrition, local farms and what’s in season, wild edibles, how bees and other pollinators make produce possible, and a master chef competition for kids.
Members receive a personalized POP Club Badge, and will earn POP tokens for each passport puzzle solved. Spend your POP tokens at any KFM vendor booth from May 13 through October 28. With each POP token earned, PK Passport Game participants also receive an entry ticket for a grand prize drawn at our October 28 Harvest Festival. See you at the fountain on Saturday, May 13th.
