KELLER, TX Fresh Monkee, the protein shake concept built on full ingredient transparency and real nutrition, has opened
its doors at 242 Rufe Snow Dr., Suite 150, Keller, TX 76248 making it the brand's first location in the
Keller/Southlake/Colleyville corridor.

The Keller location is owned and operated by Rami Saad, who grew up in Keller and chose to invest in his own community. "I
looked at what Keller is health-conscious families, active people, a community that takes pride in its city and Fresh
Monkee was a natural fit," said Saad. "A majority of our team members are current Keller High students working their first job.
We think they're going to be some of our greatest assets."

Fresh Monkee was founded in 2014 in Connecticut by Judy Flynn with a mission of complete ingredient transparency. Every
shake is handcrafted using high-protein, high-fiber, low-sugar, real whole-food ingredients designed to function as a real
meal replacement without the hidden sugars common in competing smoothie and shake brands. The brand has since grown
to 40+ locations across the country.

While health is at the core of everything on the menu, Saad is quick to point out that Fresh Monkee doesn't take itself too
seriously. "Our menu is proof that clean eating doesn't have to be boring," he said. "We have shakes called Chunkee Monkee,
PB Jelly Time, Cinnamon Toast, and Caramel Coffee Buzz and then there are the Monkee Ballz, our peanut butter and
chocolate protein bites made fresh in-house. You can fuel your body and actually look forward to it." The full menu includes
options for every lifestyle, including vegan and gluten-free choices. The menu has also become a hit with younger customers,
proving that kids don't need to be convinced to eat healthy when it actually tastes good.
